Fees
Priced by the decision it lets you make.
Most advisers in this field will not tell you what anything costs until you are on the phone. Here is the entire fee list, what each one is actually for, and a way to pay and book without speaking to anyone first.

Do not guess. A free fifteen minute case check will tell you which service fits, and whether you need one at all. No advice is given on that call and no engagement begins.
Book a free case checkWhat paying does, and does not, do
Payment does not by itself create a professional relationship. We carry out a conflict check and client due diligence, and we confirm in writing that we accept the matter and issue engagement terms setting out the scope and the fee before any advice is given.
If we cannot accept the matter, for any reason, your payment is refunded in full. Reasons include a conflict of interest, the outcome of our client due diligence, the matter falling outside our competence, our insurance or our registration, or a completion date that does not leave enough time to do the work properly.
Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at the prevailing rate is added at checkout. Work outside the agreed scope, including acting in an HMRC enquiry, preparing or amending a return, or valuation work, is a separate engagement with a separate fee agreed before it begins. Full terms are on our terms and engagement page.
Basis: published service prices, reviewed 16 August 2026.
We do not charge a success fee.
The fee is the same whether the conclusion is that you overpaid, that you underpaid, or that the original return was right all along. That matters, because an adviser paid a percentage of a refund has a financial interest in finding one.
